The 19th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission conducted applicant interviews for the Circuit Court vacancy due to the resignation of Circuit Judge Barbara Bronis on Thursday, May 7. The commission submitted the names of the nominees to Gov. Ron DeSantis for his consideration for appointment. Those included Jeffrey Battista, Alexzander Gonano, Leatha Mullins, Preethi Sekharan, Brett Waronicki, and Carlos Wells.
